If you need to return or exchange an item, we've made it easy for you.
How to make a return:

- Click on "Order return label here".
- Insert the requested information and your order number in the 'reference' field.
The Return Code field is already filled in. - Click on 'Create Address Label'
- You will receive an email from posten.no with a QR code.

- The products must be intact, with the label still attached.
- You can reuse the bag we sent them in.
- Once they are packed, go to the nearest pickup location with the email from posten.no containing the QR code. You can then print the label and attach it to the return.

When we receive the return, we will refund the amount minus a return fee of NOK 79. If you have sent an exchange order, we will refund the full amount.
You will receive email updates along the way, but if you have any questions, please contact us. We will respond as soon as possible during business hours.

How to exchange a product:
For exchanges, you follow the same process as for returns, but without return costs.
You must enter your order number and 'exchange' in the 'reference' field when ordering the return label, and place a new order before we refund the original order.
We will refund the purchase amount no later than 14 days after receiving the return .
The refund is made via the same payment method as the purchase (Stripe, Klarna, Vipps).
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item.
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you can return items within 30 days of receiving them.
All products must be returned in their original packaging and with all labels intact.
You are responsible for any reduction in value due to unnecessary use.
